A weekend that raised as many questions as it answered. The Ravens get a C.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Ravens did exactly that with Omari Thomas in No. 136. It lands right in the middle: a C, no more, no less.

Skattebo at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
