The Cross III reach set the tone, and the Cardinals never recovered: F.

It is the swing that defines the weekend: Howard Cross III in the Round 1 slot, a good 213 spots before the room expected him. The warnings were there, and the F is the bill.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. McLaughlin at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.
