You can draft well and still miss the point. The Chargers did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to edge rusher, which was the need that mattered most. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
