The Buccaneers let Johnson fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

Somebody in Round 4, Pick 19 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Buccaneers sat still while Tez Johnson, the No. 90 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They will need Briningstool to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with tight end chief among the fixes.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
