Call it larceny. LeQuint Allen sat on the board until Round 7, Pick 11, and the 49ers did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
