The Patriots kept it disciplined and banked a B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Patriots were there to profit. Raheim Sanders, the No. 145 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 220th overall pick. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

Reaching for Crenshaw-Dickson left real value on the table behind him. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
