For all the boxes ticked, the Patriots skipped the loudest one: interior defensive lineman is exactly as bare as it was. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

Landing Ayomanor that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
