The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Cowboys watched Cade Klubnik slide 76 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They will need Stackhouse to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
