The Packers bled value on every deal, hence the C+. Call it larceny. Jacob Cowing sat on the board until pick 199, and the Packers did not need to be asked twice. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.
They will need Ezirim to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down.
The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Spending an early pick on linebacker with edge rusher open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.
Hit on Zach Frazier and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
