When a board-topper like Tahj Washington slides to pick No. 245, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not.

Hartman has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. The Packers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
