Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Demani Richardson at Round 6, Pick 6 is 65 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

Caleb Williams is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.

King at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They left with tight end solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
