There is reaching, and then there is Tanor Bortolini at the Round 4 slot. The Dolphins jumped the board by 56 and dared it to prove them wrong. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The Simpson pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The Dolphins indulged a want in Solomon while a need in quarterback, edge rusher and other spots stayed open.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.
