The Jaguars let Proctor fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

The Jaguars did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Josh Proctor fell into No. 236. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up. They are betting Sweat proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
