Conviction outran the board for the Bills, and it cost them: F. The Bills treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick 191 on Braden Fiske a full 124 spots early. It bottoms out at a F.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through safety.
On value alone, Pearsall makes the weekend a net positive. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.
Bottom line, it will take a lot of luck to make this look better later.
