The Bears robbed the room for Sturdivant. Final grade: C.

The phones were a trap the Bears kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

Landing Sturdivant that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Every board in the league had Williams lower, and that gap is the story. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Hit on Joe Alt and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
