Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Jaguars came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

Spending an early pick on DT-EDGE with interior defensive lineman, linebacker and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. Davis falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

If Van Pran pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
