The weekend has a hole in the middle of it named linebacker, a need the Broncos walked right past.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
