You could see the war room lean forward. Drayk Bowen at Round 5, Pick 39 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Martin has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
