Draft Grade — Cardinals
Overall C+
ValueC NeedB TradesB- FutureB-
Some hits, some head-scratchers, and a C+ for the Cardinals.

There is a lot to like until you notice quarterback is still a hole. The Cardinals never got to the one that mattered most. A weekend of give and take that grades a C+.

The Membou reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

In the end, one you will need a couple of seasons to truly judge.

Pick Analysis
Pick16 Rnd1 Jalon Walker
In the Round 1 slot they get a sideline-to-sideline linebacker, reach and all. A real need, handled.
Pick47 Rnd2 Armand Membou
They reached into another round for Armand Membou, and the board is nowhere close to agreeing. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
