The Giants drew a line under the quarterback search with Ward: A-. There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Giants started one anyway for Steven Parker, 94 picks ahead of schedule.
Everything downstream of Cam Ward depends on Cam Ward, and the building knows it. They banked enough surplus on Ayomanor to cover a lot of smaller sins. The phones were where this weekend was really won.
The Rhamondre Stevenson pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.
Bottom line, with Cam Ward leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
