The Bills won the night they stopped Trotter Jr. from sliding. Grade: B+.

Call it larceny. Jeremiah Trotter Jr. sat on the board until the 99th pick, and the Bills did not need to be asked twice. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

Every board in the league had Raym lower, and that gap is the story. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

Spending an early pick on S-EDGE with edge rusher, quarterback and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
