A weekend that raised as many questions as it answered. The Patriots get a C+.

The Patriots' one glaring miss is interior defensive lineman, a need they left exactly as they found it. The final tally is a middling C+.

They are betting Knox proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Suamataia falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

So much rides on Joe Alt that the real verdict is a season or two away.
