Call it larceny. Roman Wilson sat on the board until pick No. 86, and the Texans did not need to be asked twice. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They are betting Watson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
