The Raiders let Harris fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-. The board owed the Raiders one, and it paid up: Tre Harris, the No. 50 name on the board, sitting there at the 121st overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep.
Martin has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
