Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Josh Proctor got past him. The Lions do not have to explain a thing at the Round 7 slot. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.
