The Bengals cashed the board's mistake on Horton: B-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bengals were there to profit. Tory Horton, the No. 169 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 222nd pick. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The cost of the Stewart reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The Stewart pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with tight end, interior defensive lineman and other spots still on the board.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most.
