The Cowboys clearly saw something nobody else did in Jaden Platt, taking him 212 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

They banked enough surplus on Uiagalelei to cover a lot of smaller sins. The phones were where this weekend was really won. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
