When a board-topper like Dane Key slides to the Round 6 slot, you do not overthink it, and the Chargers did not.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Every board in the league had Kight lower, and that gap is the story.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
