They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Vincent Anthony Jr., 53 picks early at the Round 5 slot. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Spending an early pick on safety with cornerback, tight end and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The Roberts steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, cornerback very much included.
