You build a draft on nights like this. Ro Torrence had no business being available in the 221st pick, and the Titans did the only sane thing and turned in the card. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Every board in the league had Hunt lower, and that gap is the story. The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at running back, quarterback and other spots. They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
