The Cowboys got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Cowboys reached some 34 spots for Kenyatta Jackson Jr., and value like that does not grow back.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. It is not that Golday is a bad player; it is that the Cowboys had louder needs to answer first. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
