The Patriots cashed the board's mistake on McLaughlin: B+.

Somebody in No. 241 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Patriots sat still while Seth McLaughlin, the No. 208 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They will need Hancock to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
