A sensible, unshowy class lands the Commanders a B-. Nobody had Zeek Biggers this high, and it is not close. The Commanders reached 43 spots to get him at pick No. 205. The bottom line is a respectable B-.
Landing Winston Jr. that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Commanders indulged a want in Winston Jr. while a need in tight end and quarterback stayed open.
The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.
