You build a draft on nights like this. Ty'Ron Hopper had no business being available in pick No. 184, and the Titans did the only sane thing and turned in the card. No fireworks, but a solid B.

They will need Cohen to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
