The Raiders clearly saw something nobody else did in Trey Moore, taking him 63 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.

That Mateer pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it.
