The trade table was where it all came apart. The Browns shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. The process wobbled, and the D+ is where it lands.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. They banked enough surplus on Smith-Wade to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
