The Cowboys lost the trade table, and the D tells the story.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Cowboys did exactly that with Tony Rojas in pick 225. The process wobbled, and the D is where it lands.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. The Banks pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at tight end. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end.

The Haulcy pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
