The board owed the Commanders one, and it paid up: Chris Paul Jr., the No. 84 name on the board, sitting there at pick 132 like a gift left on the doorstep. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Powell-Ryland has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.
