The Bills kept it disciplined and banked a B.

The DeMonte Capehart pick is the one that will follow the Bills into the fall. They took him 69 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

Getting Jones where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
