Best value of the weekend goes to the Titans for Cox: B+. You could see the war room lean forward. Marques Cox at the 243rd overall pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.
For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Titans indulged a want in Burke while a need in running back, interior defensive lineman and other spots stayed open.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
