The Cowboys did not so much draft Trey Moore as overpay for him, 113 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

The Judkins pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

The Cowboys indulged a want in Winston Jr. while a need in cornerback and tight end stayed open. The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, cornerback very much included.
