Quarterback settled, Milroe in the fold, and a D for the Cowboys.

The Cowboys torched the value chart for Blake Miller, taking him 79 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Barton. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down.

So much rides on Jalen Milroe that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. Spending an early pick on safety with cornerback and tight end open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, cornerback very much included.
