The Seahawks robbed the room for Jones. Final grade: B+.

Whoever sat across the table from the Seahawks should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

The Jones value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Cameron Heyward gives the group a proven body among the projects.

On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
