The phones were a trap the Cowboys kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Put together, it is a D.

Every board in the league had Tiernan lower, and that gap is the story. Spending an early pick on edge rusher with quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
