The Commanders fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Commanders did exactly that with Collin Oliver in the 248th pick. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The Thornton Jr. pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
