Larceny in the 170th overall pick lands the Cowboys a D, Stutsman and all.

Some picks age like wine; Will Howard at pick No. 169 will need to, sitting 68 spots clear of his grade.

Getting Stutsman where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down.

The Styles pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at cornerback and tight end. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, cornerback very much included.
