The Cowboys lost the trade table, and the D- tells the story.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Princewill Umanmielen; the Cowboys did not wait, grabbing him 48 spots ahead at pick 225.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. It is not that Wheatley is a bad player; it is that the Cowboys had louder needs to answer first.

However the rest shakes out, Wheatley at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
