Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Titans spent slot 184 on Kingsley Eguakun, a name most had 30 spots down the list. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Getting Franklin where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
