Grand theft in Round 5, Pick 32: the Cowboys steal Leonard and grade out a D-.

The Damien Martinez pick is the one that will follow the Cowboys into the fall. They took him 54 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. A D- that will need time and luck to look better.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Leonard. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down.

They will answer for taking edge rusher early while cornerback, tight end and other spots went begging. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
