Larceny in the Round 7 slot lands the Titans a B+, Proctor and all.

The Titans did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Josh Proctor fell into pick 228.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The cost of the Braswell reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Adding Andrew Billings by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
